Embedding Coaching Workshops are designed to help schools and trusts move beyond isolated coaching conversations and embed coaching behaviours consistently across leadership practice. Through carefully structured workshops and conference days, leaders develop the skills, language and confidence to lead through coaching rather than compliance.
